Introducing Myself Empty Introducing Myself

Post  Trucktoe Wed 18 Mar 2015, 5:17 pm

Hi

I am the owner of a 2010 GSX1250 and proud to be one! Great bike and a very big step up from my Hyosung GT650S (which I still have Laughing ). Being a member of Ulysses gives you some idea as to my age and I am in the process of reliving some of my misbegotten youth (albeit at a slower pace...sometimes!) and will be coming onto the forum with some questions from the more enlightened of you.

Thanks

Trucktoe

Welcome aboard Trucktoe.  Your questions will be of interest as I reckon there are few, if any, topics left to discuss!  Hope we can assist. Very Happy

Welcome Trucktoe.

That's a interesting name, it leaves a couple of disturbing images in my mind to be honest Shocked . I'm sure it's actually a whole lot better than my imagination.

Ewok, I thought you might be able to answer his tyre question since you don't live on a civilised road Wink

Hi all. I hail from the Hurstville area of Sydney and I belong to the St George and Sutherland Ulysses branch. With respect to my mom de plume is a play on words. I want to keep a little mystery

Welcome aboard. Most of us don't take life to seriously here. We even let non Bandit/GSX riders have a say Laughing
Plenty of info here and good people to back it up.

I'm too young for Ulysses and could be stuffed joining as it looks like some type of cruiser mob to me. If you enjoy it good stuff, the bandit is a nice bike and you'll be able to eat up big kms without any dramas. Might even do a wheel stand if you get excited with the throttle too.

I work with a few Ulysses members (I always said it was for old men, now I'm old enough myself  Crying or Very sad  ). It is much more than just a touring group, I just find it's a bit too "formal and structured" for me, each to their own though, a lot of people like that.

welcome to another TNAB rider. They have low standards here, even allowing wannabe Kiwis to join in the fun Twisted Evil

Welcome along, Trucktoe.
Is that like a fat chics camel toe?
No. You said a play on words.  Hmmmm?
Semi digit?
Lorry appendage?
Rig phalange?
You've brought excitement to the forum already.  cheers
