The Journey To Parkes
First topic message reminder :
I've always been told by others and to a certain extent believed myself that a road trip is more about the journey than the destination.
This trip is at least as much about the destination than the journey, if not more so but the journey is still pretty important.
Some of us will have a day trip, for others it's a overnighter, some will ride alone, others in a group, what will your journey be?

If people want to state facts. Then at least get them right !
I did NOT book a room for Jim and myself. I only booked a room for me. I was asked several months later if I had room for one more. I checked with the hotel and they informed me that the room had a fold out divan which I offered at a cheap rate. In the end I was happy to be alone with my flu. End of story.

Kaylah and I arrived home in Adelaide at 11:30 this morning, 6 days, 2443 km and some great times spent with awesome people, we'll post a bit of a ride report later when we sort through some photos.
