Ventz - arm vents for riders?

Has anyone tried these?
They seem like a awesome idea for a hot Aussie summer, it does seem strange they were developed in the UK though
There are no stockists on SA yet
$29-99 a pair + $10-75 postage

You would need really short gloves with it . My jacket has opening vents in the arms & body which make a big difference if it gets a bit warm , but my mesh dryrider is great when it's hot .
( Not sure how restrictive these would make your wrist sleeve hole )

My summer gloves are short enough and there is plenty of room in the Dri Rider sleeves to fit them.paul wrote:You would need really short gloves with it . My jacket has opening vents in the arms & body which make a big difference if it gets a bit warm , but my mesh dryrider is great when it's hot .

I often find myself loosening sleeves to let the air in

I`m not sure what to make of these......
the concept seems good, but.....
in order for them to fit, you would need a loose sleeve, and that's not something I personally like.
would they get annoying after a while, as they seem to be on your wrist, which is a rotating joint?
and the possible problem with smaller bugs shooting up your arm. At least a bee or wasp shouldn`t go there, due to the mesh
