Seat Height Modeller for Hobbits
I have just found this cool web site which allows you to "test" your height on various motorcycles.
They have listed the mighty machine the CBR650F (I wonder who has one of these - Ooh.... I know, it's me!!)
Putting in my enormous height of 167cm (5'6") and inseam of 78cm (30.7") proves that there is no way I can "flat foot" on this bike.

I hope others can use this resource.

Re: Seat Height Modeller for Hobbits
Yep, but it is my secret
The site also shows a similar problem with both Bandits but I knew that.
I had the seat on my 09 Bandit reduced by around 30mm and it made all the difference.
I am doing the same on this bike for two reasons.
Height reduction is the primary one but I am also able to register the bike for single seat rego in Queensland if I reduce the length of the seat to 500mm, currently 650mm.
I have been to a motor trimmer (I guess they are upholsterers with fatter pay packets) who has previously modified two others which I have seen.
The seat modification results in a "hump thingy" at the back just like on real racing bikes.
He tells me a height reduction of 20mm is achievable plus he will reduce the width giving me "longer legs"
I will post some photos in case others would like to do similar.
BTW the quoted price is $120 for the job but this will save me around $190 every year.

PFFFFT ..................I wish
Motor trimmers are primarily automotive , aircraft , marine etc , and upholsterers are furniture.................( although we do "cross dress" occasionally )
