At least it makes it easy to work on the motor. They are painful when they are stuffed into a small engine bay.

Agreed. Mid mount would be far better. Mind you those motors run damn hot, the wife's  old forester Xt was good fun. It under steered a fair bit though, so you learnt to use the handbrake or flick it into the turn and power out on WAs famous ball bearing gravel

The motors have to be revved though as they are gutless until they hit 2500rpm and come on boost. Not sure I'd want a go on that quad, it'd be much better stuffed into an Ariel atom

I certainly don`t see this thing as a serious piece of engineering, and I`d never buy one,
 but if someone chucked me the keys, I`d go for a cane for shits and giggles.

I see this along the line as, in my opinion, the dumb arse CAN-AM`s.  I`d go a side car before any of these .

I don`t want anyone to tell me the can-am`s  would shit on the said vehicles in the handling department either.

If you want handling, either bike, or as reddog suggested, an ariel, or some kit based car with a Busa motor, or the extended version v8 based busa motor  as per photo
