I've been a little bit naughty..
I have just sold the GSX1250 and am now a new DL1000A V-Strom L4 owner.
It was a choice between the R1200, KTM1090 and Strom.
Ok I've pulled the pin lets throw those grenades.....

Hope you enjoy your new ride , but I must admit that by the title of your thread I had hoped we may have been shown some " interesting " photos and am a little disappointed

What was not surprising was how hard it is to get gear for her and even less surprising how much Suzuki wanted for what parts I can get i.e Suzuki Hot Grips $630 Centre Stand $450 etc etc...
The colour choice is appalling white, kakai, candy darling red and black. My desired colour of Candy Darling Red will not be in NZ until 9th July (maybe).. I considered getting the tank and beck painted spirited green (36A, Mazda 2) and it was going to be $500nz but then today was like ahhh bugger it. The good thing is a few pin strips and wahoo..
So Givi (sorry Gus) E55 Maxi top box, RadGaurd, Scottoiler, Knuckle Busters, Centre Stand, SW Motech protectors for the brake, butterfly valve and a few other bits on order to start off. I don't trust their mechanics with electrical work so I know a trusty Bandit owner who for a few beers will help fit the hot grips professionally (note don't take yellow cable ties).. I so do not do electrics lol

Rustic, if you bring those sodding yellow cable ties round again you will be taking them home internallyRustic wrote:What was not surprising was how hard it is to get gear for her and even less surprising how much Suzuki wanted for what parts I can get i.e Suzuki Hot Grips $630 Centre Stand $450 etc etc...
