Nice work Gus.  Did you drill holes on site or removed from bike? Did you have to change any cables?

I kind of built it for Carol who is used to the Bonneville . We both decided in Tasi  all you really need there is a 600 cc . Every time I go on a heavy bike
I crave something lighter .
Bar position is great but leg position is a bit cramped . May be with an air hawk it might improve it a little .
I just found out it has one tooth extra on the front sprocket which explains the one gear too many feeling .
The sprocket nut took a 6ft breaker bar to budge . It went with a CRACK ,I thought F%#@ that broke something (like my back ) Shit it was tight .
I had a flickering tail light yesterday .I figured a bad earth so removed cover to check  bulb ,found this.
