Suzuki GS500 for sale: SOLD

Well, it's time to sell my old GS500 and give the Bandit some room in the garage! I thought I'd offer it here, first. The old girl and I have had a fair few adventures, so I'd like her to go to a good home.

So, 2006 Suzuki GS500 for sale, 37,000km, regularly serviced, Ventura rack and bag, oggy knobs. One owner (me). Rego until May 18, 2015 (yes, 2015).

One low speed drop (the oggy knob and my leg took the brunt of it).

I just had her serviced, and my mechanic assured me there are no mechanical faults, given her age. (I'm happy to supply contact details if you want to talk to him.)

All this for $2,500 neg, but I'm willing to drop to $2,000 for forum members.

Where is the GS located, please, Snitter. 
I have a friend in Newcastle, looking for a bike to begin his motorcycling career on. I had already suggested to him that he wouldn't do better than a GS.

Sorry, after two enquiries (one here and one PM), I realise I didn't tell anyone where I live!

I'm in Yass, and it's NSW rego. I'm happy to ride her up to Sydney, or if you want to meet up in Goulburn or somewhere about halfway (Marulan?), that's even better.

I won't advertise on Gumtree or Allclassifieds while there's interest here.

Folks, thanks for the interest. At the moment ilRazzo has first dibs, so I'll let you know how it goes.

FYI all, I met Peter on Saturday and as a result, came home with a very nice little machine for my 18 y/o son to begin what will hopefully be a long (and safe) association with the riding experience that we all love so much.

It was 5 degrees, windy, spitting rain, with low scudding cloud    at 4pm when Peter rolled into the Maccas carpark at Goulburn after riding over from Yass.

This morning, I gave the bike its first taste of Sydney commuting traffic, haha

Mate you can edit the title of the thread as far as I know. Just add sold or similar to the title
