Classy Colours
I touched on in another post about the nice Burgundy colour of the Bandit pic.
It got me thinking - the Bandits have come out available in a nice, elegant or relatively classy range of colours.
Black, Navy, Burgundy, Silver, Blue.
They haven't been spoiled too much by stickers and stripes (apart from the anniversary colours a few years back.)
What colours would people like to see on the Bandit?
I'd like to see a special edition version coming up with the 20th Anniversary of the release of the Bandit. Maybe have the traditional Suzuki Tricolour Blue scheme??
Any ideas??

Re: Classy Colours
How about a classy Suzuki yellow ? These days they can do incredible paint jobs. Triumph has a nice one out now. A kind of marble effect that is never the same on other bikes.

Re: Classy Colours
In all seriouslyness, I really think pearl white like the Mazda or Subaru ones with the decals in the orangey red like off the Katana. Because its " uncool " nowadays to have Suzuki written on the tank I think an orange stripe down the tank to match up with one on the DUCKtail would be cool. Or is that too Trumpy? I have been told I have no idea when it comes to things like this so I won't be offended with any comments. ( except Hammys ).

It's a no-brainer for me - I'd want a black and gold special - a bit like this 2004 GSXR but with more gold, eg gold levers, bar ends, chain, sprockets, etc - and a Yoshi carbon can as standard.

Are you still toying with the idea of gold wheels ?Ewok1958 wrote:It's a no-brainer for me - I'd want a black and gold special - a bit like this 2004 GSXR but with more gold, eg gold levers, bar ends, chain, sprockets, etc - and a Yoshi carbon can as standard.

Yes Hammy - just haven't gotten around to it yet. Can't afford to have the wheels off with the big 3 day, 2 night ride next weekend with Jim Coleman, 2WA (for part of it) and the Far South Coast Riders.

Yeah, its a beautiful colour Jim. Remember the Decals on the Kat that were not quite orange and not quite red. I think the two would be best mates.
