96 bandit 1200 mods?
hi there everyone first bandit ive owned looking at doing some mods cheap and easy ones to start off so let me know all ya info iam like a sponge lol cheers

Lots of stuff you can do to the 1200 motor Especially easier on the pre- anti pollution 1200 motors ............. (less to remove first LOL )
A browse through the mechanical section will give you a lot of ideas , apart from the usual pipes ( headers ), muffler , air-box , jetting, sprockets etc . just depends on your budget , LOL

From experience the gen 1 had crap suspension. I'd be looking to sort that out first. The stock 1200 still has heaps of poke, so spend your money on the handling.

Just go race tech springs, they are tried and proven. A fork brake is worthwhile as well. Whilst you are there replace the old brake lines with som HEL braided lines and she'll be good to go for another 17 years
