A hyabusa rear shock still a goer on a 1250 bandit ?

Am pretty sure that I read somewhere where someone had done the swap. Just check the length. When I put the GSXR1000 rear shock on my 1200 I had to change the dog bones or else the rear tyre would stay on the ground when on the centre stand. The GSXR is a good option. I got mine from the US. It was brand new.

you can use any shock really, measure what yours is. some maybe the exact, but if not, just change dog bones to suit, as I`m sure you know from other sites and this one.
but to be technical, I wouldn`t stray to far off the standard measurement , as mathematics comes in to play, with fulcrums and lever force, and from the factory, that arrangement would be what you want
