Another happy owner
Hello!
My name is Caio, I'm 36 years old and I'm in my second Bandit 1250 S.
A Brazilian can participate in the forum? I hope so!
Sorry for possible spelling errors, my English is not so good! rs
Recently my fuel pump burned and searching on Google, I found an interesting topic here. That's how I got here.
See the photo below of my bike!
Hugs to all!

Welcome to the forum Caio - Gus deserves a 6 pack (at least) from everyone who uses his fuel pump fix!

Thank you!
And it's true! The topic of Gus is also well known here in Brazil.
I'm taking the bike at the mechanic now and I will show the photos of Gus, for reference!
Then post the results!
Hugs!

Welcome to the forum. Gus also does trick carbon fibre bits for the Bandit as well. My old weathered radiator surrounds look heaps better coated in carbon fibre.

Re: Another happy owner
Hello again!
It took me to answer because I was traveling. I drove 2600 km in the last four days!
Thanks all for the welcome.
About the fuel pump, everything worked! Disassembled, cleaned and was perfect! The Bandit reached 276 km / h top speed! Thank you, Gus!
Paul, "Padumi" comes from the junction of parts of my surnames. Caio Padula Miano. So ... Padumi!
sb1250, I lost my first Bandit in an accident. It was nothing serious, but insurance declared a total loss.
Kiwisteve, you are correct! The red is the fastest! hehehe
Hugs and see you soon!

Hello and welcome.
I too recently found this site and have been pouring over all the mechanical advice, product reviews, etc. Great information.
That is a beautiful photo of the bike! I hope to get some pics up soon of my travels here in Canada but after one day of 10 degree weather and burning through a full tank of gas it is back to freezing temps for at least a few more days. Gives me more time to read through the forums and go back and forth to the garage with a pencil torch and a screw driver trying to convince myself to do a secondariectomy sooner rather than later!
