Another new GSX 1250 Owner

Hi Guys,
Will be picking up my new 2011 GSX 1250FA (old floor stock) in a couple of weeks, and I'm very excited!
I'm in Western Sydney (Penrith Area) and just getting back into riding. I started on a GPX250 a long long time ago, had a few bikes in between, and after a 6 year break I'm riding again.
This will be my daily commuter into the city (60 odd Km's each way), some motorway and lots of traffic, and I'm all ears when it comes to any advice about the bike or related topics, and happy to share my (limited) experiences.
After looking around the forum the last couple of days I've been thinking about what accessories I should get for the bike. So far I'm thinking HID lights, maybe a Chain Oiler and a radiator guard.
Any opinions on these or other accessories?

Welcome DCQ. The mods question periodically comes up, mostly from new Bandit owners (no surprises there). Check here for a useful related thread or type "mods" into the search engine to see even more suggestions and discussion. Hve fun

Hello and welcome. You'd better add a "penis extender" to your list of accessories. I was talked into getting one, and it works well

I am on a budget, but I'm sure that's one the Mrs. would probably approve without any objections.

*Balanced TB's. My TPS was fine, but you should check yours.
*Arrow race headers with Yoshimura TRS.
*PC3 with the supplied map and these mod got 123hp with 115nm of torque.
*Neville Lush Racing custom tune = 130hp with 125nm at the Tyre (Standard 98hp/108nm).
