from sunny Florida (that's in the US)
Have lurked a bit here for a few weeks. Having seen some of the posts, I figure you guys will let anyone join! So here I am.
Just got (yesterday) a new 2011 GSX1250FA. Seems I won it in a notional Suzuki giveaway contest held back in Nov.
Could have picked any new Suzuki but I already have a 2012 Wee strom and did not want a cruiser or a 'Busa so I grabbed the 1250.
Got Givi E21's on (did that after I brought her home) and will be doing bar risers and a windshield after I learn which ones to get. Please give your opinions on both.
Only 20 miles yesterday, will do a hundred today. All the talk about torque and smoothness is the truth! Even at break-in rpm, it hauls pretty quickly!
Glad to be here, now to learn all I can.

You lucky Bastard ! Best I've ever won is a meat tray down at the pub. Congratulations and welcome aboard. If I had had the choice of any Suzuki I think I would have gone with the 1300 B King. Anyway, you have a great bike. Post up a pic or two. Enjoy.

Welcome nbsdave,
Suzuki Australia take note that the US have decent competitions with extremely great prizes ... how about doing it here ????? think of the publicity
