A group is heading out to WSID for another run in two weeks.
Get there for around 1700. Runs till about 2200.
Check the website for helmet regulations and all that.

We had a blast last wednesday. Got another 8 runs in, so cant complain with that.

And looks like Jason (Vmax-bandit) is keen for a run on his 1200. he couldnt make it last week. Will be good to see the new 1250 up against the 1200

thats pretty good - anyway whats this about menace and the honda getting past you? how fast were you going - i think thats when more horsepower at higher revs comes in

i was about at 160ish, then menace went zooming past. i cross the line at 190, he crosses at around 220. i smoked him off the lights, so thats all that matters ..cant beat the torque of the bandit
i do ride naked, ive been meaning to change the pic for a while

and just for people that dont know, menace is a mate of mine from NSWR. he rides a 2008 honda CBR1000rr

i thougt that might have been it - but that's what you want - let's face it, it doesnt really matter whats faster once you reach 160 - 180 it is all just fairyland there. it just goes to show the suzi has the big bang where it counts - and that honda is a pretty quick machine too.

btw are you really going to post a pic of you riding naked? i trust it will be a modest one!!!!

I told Cameron I had seen a website by a Scandinavian drag racer and I would post a link. I finally found it after much Googling.

This guy has done an incredible amount of work on his bikes, looks like he's moved on to Gixxers too.

Anyway he's got some impressive numbers, worth a look around his website, you have to do a bit of digging, it's a real dog's breakfast. http://www.andersbrink.se/
