I propose that we align all roads on earth to an east/west direction and make them One Way

The losses associated with the collective vehicle travel would almost certainly cause the earth's rotation to alter.

All we have to do is figure out which way to point the one way road signs.

I will probably need a little help with this one. I propose the formation of a committee called

Vehicles On Roads To Counteract Reduction In Wind Velocity or the VORTCRIWV committee for short
