wanted backrest

hi all.does anyone no were i can get a back rest for a 1200 bandit 1995 2000 model with twin grabrails tried uk but nothing.any thoughts regards adrian :

I have a GIVI touring kit installed (top box and panniers). The Pannier brackets work well as hand grips and the top box works as a back rest for the wife.

Sargent seats do a seat with a removable back rest

As does the Corbin range, they have a couple of different styles (with and without the hole) as well as leather types and finishes on the back.

I got one second hand from a Harley biker in the States, had Gus Carbon Fibre the back and a local upholster match the leather on the front to the Corbin Holeshot seat for less than the price of a new one.

There is a backrest for them. I got a second hand one from ebay for the Missus. It's a 1200 job, but i'm going mod it to fit the 1250. I'll try to find the site.

It was chopped/shorten by the owner, Who didn't tell me. I did find the place that made them, But can't now. Sorry!

This one was on eBay at the time. About 3 years ago.

We do sell the Sargent backrest for the Sargent Seat, however 1250/650 only, not 1200/600.

A bloke here at work bought a bunch of stuff from the states recently and used them. He got around the "wont ship outside of... thing and the freight costs were heaps cheaper.

They have an option to inspect the item (with photos) prior to forwarding. This allows you to make sure its the fight item not damaged etc...
