Nice People.
Every now and again. Not too often though, you come across a person that makes all the other DH's in the world fade away to where they belong. Today I had to go to the PA Hospital for an annual check up. Took the bike, as it is so much more pleasent a way to travel. Got to the Hospital with time to spare, but where do I park ? There are many PAY car parks around the area but I didn't fancy that. I rode right up tp the front doors of the hospital where they always have a person standing to help anyone with directions, or even help the elderly out of a car. I pulled up along side of him and turned the bike off and opened my visor. I politely asked if he knew where the best place to park my bike would be, because I had to see a doctor and was certain I would not be too long. He replied, "Yes, just ride it up onto the small concrete island at the driveway entrance. It will be fine there, and I can keep an eye on it for you". 5 mts from the front door. I thanked him very much, and also again when I returned an hour later. He could have just said, Sorry mate, you'll have to go and find a park somewhere. It made my day. I hope he is there again when I have to go back in a fortnight. Just wanted to share.

Good on him and congrats to you mate.
That’s customer service
Was the doctor able to retrieve the Gerbil?
Is he installing another next time?
Hope it wasn’t anything serious or I’ll feel like one of those DH!

Meaning a Victorian would find it normal for a bike to be parked anywhere other than a parking spot. But thanks for biting anyway

Thanks fellas. Finger and toes crossed.
Back to topic, isn't it great when you find someone who is actually helpful and tries to do their job well. Seems far too uncommon.
