2003 GSF600S
My name is Rob. I enjoy long walks on the beach, candle lit dinners and books about human emotion... Alright, alright. Here's the skinny. I've been wrenching on bikes for the last 4+ years. I am really into 70 era Japanese bikes. I have built a few cafe racers and a bobber. I recently came across a craigslist deal on a 2003 Suzi gsf600. I originally bought the bike as a commuter, but really like the way it rides. The kid in me can't help but tinker. So i thought i would change out the exhaust (looking for a slip on), will be taking off the front fairing to give it more of a streetfighter look. I've have read that changing out the sprockets can breath a bit of life into these bikes. Geekay had mentioned some airbox and TRE (not sure what this is) mods. Basically just looking for suggestions/options.

Hi Rob and welcome aboard. Plenty of wisdom around here. Have you typed in "GSF 600" on ebay ? You might find a bit of handy stuff there. Post up a pic of your bike. Enjoy.

welcome to the forum Rob , where do you come from ? [You type? ( sound ) American] ( It`s nice to see someone bring a little culture to the forum & declare their emotions , just make sure it`s not fire season before you light candles if you`re dining on the beach after your walk )
