Hi,
I would have thought that you would need to have a Guzzi or at least a Ducati given where you live.
Lovely town is Bergamo - went through there about 5 years and could not see a thing due to the heavy rain and had to stop for an hour just to find the road again.

Thanks for the reply - 1.73 euro/litre isn't as bad as I thought it might be. Mind you, the last time I was in Italy was August/ September 1984 (I need to get out more!) but petrol seemed excessive back then.

I can remember filling my VW up for $2.16 ( 1969 - 70 ish )
