Quick Question
All,
Was wondering if there is any improvement in the pillion seat / rear pegs relationship on the GSX1250FA when compared with a Bandit 1250S?
I had a 1250S and really loved the bike for me but when I had the missus on the back she was way too cramped so I sold the Bandit and bought a 2nd hand BMW K1200RS which is a big smooth machine but I just can't get over the weight of the RS so am now considering a GSX1250FA but I hope the pillion accom is better sorted.
Is there any aftermarket lowering kits available or would I need to make my own??
Another option may be to visit MJM seats in Goulburn and get him to add some height to the pillion seat I suppose.
Cheers,
McBandit

quick question
pretty sure the 1250FA is the same as the 1250s /I`d get your local trimmer to modify the seat before I went to the trouble of altering the foot pegs & see how that went . also beware of the givi top box ( dont get the givi back rest ) you may still need to modify the mounting so it sits back further ( & put spacers at the front plate/ bracket mounting to tilt the box back & up to give more room )
also a lambswool cover or airhawk may help .
