Bandit 1250SA Heritage
I think this only came out in Europe. Shame, as I love the colour scheme. If I ever have to repaint mine, this would be the go:

The box thing is a Youtube clip that should play if you click the middle "play" button triangle. If not, try this link:

thanks neighbour
two and a bit years on and still in the same guise. have been tempted by the gsx-r colour scheme though with the potential to add dark/lighter blue. How long you been on the forum for?? See you have chosen to support the better brand of Australian car manufacturer too, although 1000HP out of a turbo XR6 engine is hard to argue against for pure performance.

Love the white bandit. The polished wheels really make it. Did you do it yourself?

polished wheels by Ash's
Hi Mustang Sally,
Sent the wheels to Brisbane, a company called Ash's Spoked Wheels polished them and then painted the centres silver. Wasn't much more to have them painted compared to me buying materials and spraying myself so hence getting them to do it at the same time.
Tried at first to sand the paint off and then polish but took ages just to get one side done, even then wasn't happy with it. Ended up $650 for polish and paint, which considering how long it took me to try to get one side of a rim looking a quater of the way polished was good value.
Even though Beater/Painter by trade, some jobs are best left to the ones in the know and polishing Alloy seems a specialty thing. Did the sides of the swing-arm (while still on the bike) but easier working with a flat surface as far as using orbital sander and then a buffing machine.
Shoud be someone in S.A. that could do it for you though if need be.
Regards,
nathan

Nah with a black engine I don't think it would look right. Yours looks fantastic though.

Nothing except the pipe yet. I really need to think it through before I start anything.

Re: Bandit 1250SA Heritage
No you are right that looks great. Maybe something to consider in the future. That looks like an amazingly interesting and balanced colour scheme. Especially the way the black/silver on the wheels is mirrored on the exhaust.

Hey Gus, is that a carbied model? What exhaust system is that as they look like headers. And what of seat and front fairing, aftermarket as well?
Looks sharp mate.
