Watch your mate.
Had a friend pass away the other day .Known him for a long time, left behind wife and two kids .Apparently suffered Depression unbeknown
to his friends .Now we look back the signs where there but we just put it down to "that's just Sam'.
Made me realise how common it is, us guys need to keep a better eye on each other and our partners .We are not to good about health
things are we !

Sorry to hear that.
You're quite right, most blokes are generally bad at the health thing and even worse at the 'talking about it' thing.
If the Government put as much emphasis on depression (and other mental related issues) as they do on "Speed Kills" there would be far less tragic and needless deaths in this country.

Sorry to hear about your friend Gus.
You have pricked my conscience as I have a couple of friends who are going through a rough patch at the moment.

This should make us all think about it !
1 in 4 will suffer a mental disorder during there life.
40-65% of heart attack victims will suffer depression
15% of chronic depressed people will attempt suicide
women are twice as likely to suffer from depression
Anxiety and panic attacks are a form of depression
