Why do people block out number plates in pics ..,and yet show group shots with every one's plates clearly on show .??????,

Sheesh - that's a bit of a worry. I've always thought that sort of thing happening was internet fiction.
PS: I always try and block out my, and others number plates in photos . . . just in case the same person following dhula follows me.
