Agree Dave, 

I've had a shocker of a year footy wise, 1st my #1 team, North Adelaide (SANFL) had to sack it's coach (former Crow, Ken McGregor) after he took over from Josh Francou, Francou had us in the GF in 2013, last year under McGregor we dropped to 6th, this year he completed the debacle and we've had the club's worst season in history (1887) with only 1 win.

The season started promising for my #2 side but as the year wore on it was becoming more apparent every day Hirdy had lost the playing group, I still wonder if Hird would have shown as much promise early without the guidance of Bomber

Hopefully 2016 can bring a lot more positives for the Roosters and Bombers than 2015 has

What sort of club takes back a coach after a twelve month ban for bringing the game into disrepute ?  He may have been the golden boy years ago, but the halo has slipped.

Getting rid of head coaches doesn't fix the problem. It normally runs much deeper.

Everyone knows that. But it seems to be the norm across all sports. "Team not going well".  Sack the coach !  Hird was a bit different though. They stopped performing when they stopped "taking".
