How much is this going to cost me?
Tomorrow, Friday, the B12 goes in for a service (just a basic 54,000km), new pipe (Scorpion) and a new tyre (PR2).
I don't think I'm going to get much change from $1000, although my wife has already pipe 3/4 of the pipe off.

Nope not $1000, not even close. Mind you they didn't fit the pipe. For some reason best known to the supplier a Scorpion pipe for an 01 to 06 bandit doesn't fit an 02 bandit??????
Without the pipe it cost me just $450 for the service and tyre and they washed the bike for me. Although I'll have to ask them not to Armourall the seat next time.

I've never done it on a bike. Did it once, and only once, on the seat in my old EH years and years ago.

Licences
I'd like to have one simply because it forces me to stay visually well ahead of my vehicle, and in a car it has saved my licence many a time. But for now the old friction cruise control on the throttle will have to do, Anything to save that ache in the throttle hand or wrist.
