"more than 30 km/h but not more than 45 km/h" > now $815 ... looks like I got of cheap, haha
EDIT to add:
PS. Lesson learned...Never lead the pack! Stay behind some other poor sucker and your license will thanks you for it

Ask the family from Meekatharra who lived next door to Alan's
Who the F!@# is Alan?
Ahh, another non Kevin bloody Wilson fan/Queenslander.
It was Alan Bond they moved in next door to.
Who moved in next door to Kevin?? Geez, I am confused now. Isn't he the Prime Minister?
I hope I don't get deported to that little island just east of OZ. No I don't mean Lord Howe Island, just a bit further east

Do you mean the place where they send the sheep molesters too and where they invented gumboots and velcro gloves

Re: Bike Colour v Speed Proof
According to Wikipedia:
Doppler effect, yellow (~575 nmwavelength) ball appears greenish (blueshift to ~565 nm wavelength) approaching observer, turns orange(redshift to ~585 nm wavelength) as it passes, and returns to yellow when motion stops. To observe such a change in color, the object would have to be traveling at approximately 5200 km/s, or about 75 times faster than the speed record for the fastest manmade space probe.
If a source of the light is moving away from an observer, then redshift (z > 0) occurs; if the source moves towards the observer, then blueshift (z < 0) occurs. This is true for all electromagnetic waves and is explained by the Doppler effect. Consequently, this type of redshift is called the Doppler redshift. If the source moves away from the observer withvelocity v, which is much less than the speed of light (), the redshift is given by
(since )
where c is the speed of light. In the classical Doppler effect, the frequency of the source is not modified, but the recessional motion causes the illusion of a lower frequency.
My bike is red, and it moves faster away from you than other colours. Red is the spaceship of bikes. Physics says so.
So there

Did you work that out yourself , or just copy / paste it ( according to that though , black has already been & gone being that it is the main background colour& dominating the graph )
Funny you should bring this up , I noticed this morning the BOM are showing the wind doppler effect now

I notice Paul, on the BOM site that you've shared with us, the red is moving a lot faster than the black. For example, Gepps Cross, Mt Lofty etc

Re: Bike Colour v Speed Proof
I can see why the original researchers were so confused now, they obviously measured my bike coming toward them, so it was blue-shifted!

I think you'll find if you look closely the red looks almost stationary around that area & the black is demonstrating how fast it could overtake the red it if it wanted ( almost mocking it in fact )

Here are a few more " two-tone " straws you might like to clutch at
