1985 Volvo 240

Hey guys.
Im selling an immaculate Volvo 240 GL if anybody happens to be interested.

It's about 18 months too early for me. My youngest turns 16 next year (November) and he will need a car. I can't think of an older car that would be safer than a Volvo. Although, I do struggle with the idea of allowing a motorcycles natural enemy in the drive way.

I had a 'ovloV' 142 with twin 175 strombergs, funny thing. Went pretty good for a 1971(?) car, could crack a ton (full dollar sixty...new money), 2 door....easy to drive. Also used 760GLE while I was in the UK, this thing could really hook it on the motorways. It's a shame the are given so much shit.....I think the modern enemy of bike riders is the Toyota Camry, or anything with a 19 year old girl....texting, latte in hand, doing her make-up, changing gears and talking to her friend in the passenger seat .

Umm, my wife owns a Camry. But she has decided that we NEED a new car. I, of course, disagreed and thought we both NEEDED new bikes. We have been new car shopping.

Before this one, i had a 1989 740 GLE. Great car.
