hello all,i have only recently had the 24,000km service, including plugs done on my 2009 bandit1250s,just today, the bike started misfiring ,popping, only for a minute or so,then cleared,so i decided to take if for a spin up to birdwood.bike ran fine, and has continued to do so,could it be bad fuel/i topped up with new fuel.any ideas,?thankyou

I'm betting crook fuel but it could be a few things and don't discount a crook plug either new or not.
Mine sometimes has an erratic idle which I think could be the O2 sensor.

If its "fixed" don't worry about it. I filled my VTR at my regular Bandit filling servo and it wont idle cold. Dumped that tank for mower fuel and replaced with Caltex and it idles fine. Fuel isn't what it used to be Sad

With all this happening after the 24k service I would say one of the plugs is a bit iffy or hasn't been gapped right. I would recommend you take it back to where it was serviced and ask them to replace the plugs again or fix the problem. It could even be one of the coils as they have mucked about with those replacing the plugs

@2wheels. I would expect if it was rectifier you would have bigger problems like a fried battery
