First topic message reminder :
If you see another bandit riding around, post it up here.
Saw loads of bandits out there today, about 8 i counted.
So it gave me the idea of this thread....see a bandit, post it up.
So ill start...there where 3 that pulled into Robinson Pie Shop just after 12 oclock today.

Have to agree with that Four40 - I was dripping water all over the office as if it had been raining.

The last three days down here have been nothing but thick fog and freezing bloody cold on the way home at 10.30pm. The last two nights I've had to leave the visor up because of the fog freezing on it inside and out.

Spotted Hammy's machine on the traffic island out the front entrance of the Princess Alexandria. Blinged up and forlorn waiting in the rain. Hope the breast enlargement procedure changes your life like it did mine.

My own personnal private parking spot. It was touch n go with the weather Buck. The rain Gods were nice to me though , and I got there and back in relatively dry conditions. So much cheaper and faster to take the bike instead of the car.

Re: Spotted Thread
Saw a Maroon coloured one in the shopping centre carpark at Katoomba this morning; had Oxford 'Dry Rider' muffs attached to the handlebars.
Hadn't seen them before and not sure I would like them... put your hands right inside the 'bag' and access all the controls inside ... I'd be concerned about getting caught up in there somehow but certainly a way to keep hands warm and dry..
You would need something to keep warm today too... just above freezing point with flurries of snow coming and going alot of the morning.. Left my calling card under the strap on the seat...

Spotted a red/maroon Bnadit parked outside the Townsville Show on Saturday.
Very envious of how clean it looked and a few other extras compared to mine.

It has a very nice note from the pipe, but i havnt yet seen what it is.

Re: Spotted Thread
gawd, after driving over and home, entirely myself, I dont know if i could handle the roads, but yes, I had thought of riding over just after xmas to see the fireworks at Glenelg (we have second floor unit overlooking the beach)
As hubby would drive the work ute, I'd be riding the whole way. Imagine how long that would take me

I've ridden to Phillip Island quite a few times & I usually stop over at Ballarat on the way there Just to break it up & do the last bit the next morning ( my wife,s butt is ready for a break by then......... as well & mine LOL ) but I have a mate who regularly does it in one go . ..............we usually go & watch the fireworks at Glenelg from the lawns near the Broadway on new years eve .

I find Adelaide - Melbourne a fairly comfortable ride, the extra bit to Phillip Island would be stretching the friendship with my but though!
Which block is your unit in Suzy? I've got a mate that lives in Liberty towers

Re: Spotted Thread
totally lost count of the number of Bandits seen at the Island on Sunday. Mine was easy to spot with the Big red bag strapped across the back seat as well all the Givi cases. I so need to teach the misses to pack lighter when we go on these trips
