What's the plans Al? Time for something different? Hope it wasn't the oiler that made you want to sell!!

Nah bloke, the oiler is a gem.   If I get another bike I'll be gettin another Pro-Oiler.   The Bandit is a beautiful, well put together machine that I love riding, but I don't get to ride it enough and in a world of competing priorities I just can't justify having it sitting there looking good while I'm scraping to get enough to get a house big enough for the family.

That's a good price for a well sorted bike that's ready to travel.  You should get what you want.

Thanks mate; yeah it's a great machine and I suspect I'll regret selling it - much like I regret selling the Katana in '86, the z900 in '84, etc......  Still got the memories of some great rides, rounding up the wannabes on their pocket rockets up and down the Palmerston and Mt Molloy roads near Cairns!   Priceless watching their double-takes as the 'old mans Bandit' complete with touring boxes comes around the outside of them through the twisties.   Lots of pix to scroll through when I'm feeling sentimental and I'll certainly get back into it when the chicks leave the nest.

I'll knock off the price of a one-way economy airfare from Brisbane or similar to help with collection.

Al just this arvo my son inlaw was inquiring as to the price of a pre loved Bandit he currently rides a hyosung 650 gt whilst its a great intro to motorcycling from my daughters perspective it's like being on a cockies perch with wheels .

I will show him this post and accosiated piccies on Wednesday morn as he is on night shift I am sure that he will be most impressed its exactly the set up that he wants to start searching for . I gave him a turn on my 07 and his smile stretched from ear to ear ! But after the temporary swap on the hyosung I would rather operate a Massey 35 lol no offence to hyo riders intended .   

The Bandit is still for sale.   I have relocated it to Cairns to be more available and will consider moving it to SE Qld for a serious buyer.

Carn, its a bloody gem!   Just serviced, 21600 on the clock, original excellent condition, plus powder coated silver rims, brand new Michellin PR4s (2), radguard, pro-oiler and Givi panniers / topbox.   Even has a factory single seat for cheap rego, as well as the two-seater for those who want to carry pillions.

Its listed on Bikesales and Gumtree.

$7850, its a flamin steal!   Gotta be someone wants a pristine Bandit??
