I will try and keep this brief. I have had my Dri Rider Adventure gloves for about 6 weeks without a problem until the recent cold mornings when the fingers on my right hand would get cold in a few k's of riding but my left hand would still be warm after 40 minutes of riding. I returned to the shop where I had purchased the gloves, their solution was to return the gloves to the distributor for testing, not a satisfactory solution for me. I rang the distributor, McLeod Accessories, and after a relatively short conversation their rep organised a new set of gloves for me to pick up from MCAS at my convenience. From my point of view it is good to see a distributor prepared to back the products they sell with good customer service and the new gloves seem to be fine.

I returned a pair of boots for replacement after using them a few times so I have no complaints with McLeods either. Although in my case the retailer backed me.

That’s customer service  you can’t from eBay and retailers and suppliers who offer that level of service will generally get my business unless there are huge savings to be had and it’s a risk worth taking.

That's good to hear good service.

Personally I'm giving Dririders a miss from now on... my Nordic pants that I've had for just over a year (maybe 15 months) have started to fall apart... fabric tearing around legs at right side of groin, not fixable by me, zip busted, and really not all that waterproof given that they are supposed to be!

I have a cheaper jacket that is pilling like crazy, and a more expensive one that didn't protect me adequately in a small crash - elbow armour moved out of the way when hit so I got a nice big scar right where the armour was meant to be.... no good at all.

Trying out more expensive RST products now... seems better so far Smile (Sorry for slight off-topic).

Mate my Nordic jacket is 6 or 7 yrs old and is as new.
I'm into RST jeans though and they're better than Draggins in my opinion.
