Those no paint dent removal guys use long thin levers to press the dent out from the inside. I doubt they could do it through the filler though, but might be worth a call.
The only other way I know of is with a suction cup dent puller. Their usually only any good on large shallow dents, like when someone leans on a car panel

I am assuming the dent is on the top side of the tank.

Removal of the fuel pump should provide access through the bottom of the tank.

If the dent does not have sharp creases I reckon some soft tool (rubber ??) could be pushed through the bottom hole of the tank.

The other option is to check your insurance policy.

Ha ha. Don't have insurance mate I consider it to be a rip-off considering they give you stuff all for the bike if it's a write-off, and if it's not the repair is done by someone that does a shitty job. The local repairers around here would slap it full of bog and spray over it.

Yeah ouch! unfortunately that looks like the paint is damaged, your never going to be able to fix that without repainting it.

Bloody bad luck. Looks like a job for the pros. Or.... get a tank bra and forget about it.

My son got 22 hail damage dents in his new Lancer 3 days after picking it up... Had one of those 'paintless' dent removal companies do the fix up job and you would never know now that it had been damaged... So I'd be giving them a call (as was mentioned earlier)..

You still might have to get it all repainted though... not sure if that is paint damage in the photo or just a reflection? All a bit sad though... Sad a reminder to us all to keep a tight hold on our helmets (or anything else heavy) near the bike - I wouldn't have thought it would be able to dent that much so easily.. Shocked

In 1998 I had a brand new bike fall on me. I got a knee up into the nice new tank and left a decent dent. The paintless dent removal guy came and had a look but couldn't get the tools in to deal with it. I'd resigned myself to a bog job when a mate's father (old school panel beater) had a go with compressed air and popped it out perfectly. Not a mark, and it cost me a dozen beer. Worth asking a decent panel beater if they could do it.

I can get access via the fuel pump hole. I'm going to try the vacuum method with a suction cup first I have a specially made one. If that don't work I'll have to find a small handed Midget to shove their hand in and push it out. Wait a minute! The missus has small hands. Tank protector has been ordered and will go over the top. The blue paint is intact but the clear lacquer is stuffed.

Just make sure they don't use too much air pressure. I have heard of a tank blowing out to nearly flat affraid using that method!
