Welcome aboard.
Plenty of mufflers to choose from.
All depends on what you like the look and sound of. YouTube is a good place to start of you're unsure.

Re: GDay From WA
Welcome Watdog. Good luck with the can - it really comes down to how well you like the look, how much you like the sound and how much you're prepared to spend. There are many options in terms of materials as well, ie stainless, titanium and carbon but there are combinations of these as well. I went with a Yoshi R77 carbon with carbon tip to go with the black engine (on the 2010 model) (at a hefy price) but I also liked the titanium Akropovic (at an even heftier price).

Re: GDay From WA
Welcome Watdog. I had a yoshi R77 carbon with a carbon tip but I found the bike didn't run too well with the baffle in it and it was too loud without it, so I've put the stock can back on.

I know a bloke with an FZ1 (not you 2WA) which is fitted with a pretty short Leo Vince can. Without the baffle in it is bloody loud. With the baffle it is just loud!

Hi & welcome Watdog.
With the increase in WA members maybe we could arrange a ride on a fine day for an intro coffee or whatever.
Either way I'm sure you will enjoy this site, great bunch & lots of info.

Check out the WA section. I just posted up the muscle bike muster. Could be a good opportunity for Wa bandit members to meet.

Re: GDay From WA
Another newbie....yay!!
Maybe as Reddog suggested.....maybe it would be better to wait and have a look/listen to a few in real life before you make up your mind or fork out your hard earned cash
I paid $130 for mine and im fairly happy with it although the quality isn't like a Leo Vinci or a Yoshi or Akrapovic....it works for me. The size was right....it looks good....sounds great and it was cheap. It fitted my criteria perfectly
Was just reading the forum and came accross this.....
https://nswbandits.forumotion.net/t2730-beowulf-shorty-exhaust#33555
Also.....have a look here (just did a quick review on the one i brought)
