Our Next Overnighter

First topic message reminder :

As i missed the Grumpy weekend away, and i am missing a weekend ride my dad and a few other are going on...
I think its time to do another overnighter!

I do an annual Tamworth ride...which i havnt done in 2 years...so im keen for that one.
Or we could do the ride south we did last year, though maybe getting cold that way by the time this ride is a go ahead.
Anyway, im easy for the destination. Doesnt worry me. As for the weekend..im easy with that as well.

Any body interested in another overnighter then?

So Baz... did you get out there to Parkes by yourself?? Have to have been a cold ride back home... only about 4 deg's up here in the Mountains at the moment, drizzling a little and with the wind chill the Weatherzone site says that the temp actually feels like -1 deg!!... Nice afternoon to be wrapped up with something of the opposite sex.... with legs long enough to have a highway named after them..

I did get out there but I confess to going by car, I thought it needed a good run more than the bike. It was cold alright especially around Orange. There are a couple of pubs offering accomodation right in the main street of Parkes I don't think any of them can offer undercover parking, they served great food though and only one seemed to know how to clean a beer glass properly and that was at the Coachman where I stayed.
The Dish was being operated and they don't allow electronic equipment being operated while they're at it.

there's a NSW riders trip to Neville 28 july or something - is anyone going?
