Anyone recommend anything, bike shop glued it up at 12000k service. Got back home and loose again

Super Glue from the $2 shop. works a treat. it is actually what oxford send with there heated grips

If it's only the hand grip (so not heated grips) then hairspray works OK.

What Dhula said .I used super glue on Bandit wire covering .Destroyed it. Rubber is o'K

Silkaflex worked for me .You can brake the seal if needed and it rubs off to refit .Not strong enough if you the gorilla hand shake type .

I have ridden with a slipping throttle hand grip not fun.

If i have to destroy the grip to get it off so be it

It was the left side, had a bit of trouble with the rubber and nut inside but got it out with a bit of wire with a hook on the end Very Happy

Are you talking about the grip or bar end? Shula is spot on with the grip in using hair spray, just allow it enough time to dry. If it's the bar end you shouldn't use any glue at all. It is designed to expand inside the bar, so shouldn't loosen up if it is tightened up enough.
