G'day from Adelaide
Last night I put a deposit on a new (2011 plated) 1250SA with 39L GIVI top box and 41L GIVI Panniers, hopefully it will be delivered next Friday.
After 21 years on a VX800 it can't come soon enough, looking forward to a trip to Mackay with my daughter in April and a couple of trips to Melbourne with my son later in the year to catch some Bombers games.
BTW, I'm Ian

Re: G'day from Adelaide
I'll have to wait for the top box and panniers 'till the 1st service, but I got the bike this evening
with 10km on the clock
with 30 on the clock
heading out for a ride with my daughter on the back and a mate in the morning, should clock up a few more before the mercury rises too much

Re: G'day from Adelaide
Nice and good to see ABS comes in the fast colour now too.
When i was toying with an update the website looked like ABS was still only on grey units.
Maybe I should have asked
Can I ask what the going rate is in SA?

I was told 2011 plated S and SA were all Black, no other colour choice (I'm happy with Black but really liked the Grey)
I got it a bit better than the "going rate", a couple of dealers were very eager to try and make sure I purchased from them.
I've got the bike and when it arrives I will also have GIVI 39L top box with stop light & backrest and 41L panniers.................all up on the road, under 13K, I could have had a Grey 2010 plated one for about $100 less if I was willing to travel about an hour to get it, nearly did just for the colour.
Anyway, time to get some more K's on the clock.............................................

The one I looked at was a GREY 2011 with ABS 35km from home but they didnt have any in black At $11k (without balast)
