Headlight upgrade to Narva 100 plus H7 55w
Well, did this over the weekend. Had a coupla days to see what the difference was, including a head light adjustment, and MY verdict...............better
! Not fantastic, just better than the original globes. The Narvas are certainly a cleaner/crisp light, but 100% more light - naaaaaa, BS! They cost me $70 from SCA and about 10 minutes to install. Probably not the improvement I was hoping for, but they will have to do.

On my old GS 1000 i put in a 65w low 100 w high globe ($10) with a relay to handle the exta load .Worked fantastic .I dont ride much at night any
more so kind of forgot about it .I dont think it was road legal but as long as you didnt ride everywhere on high no problems .

I had Narva's in my Bandit. They were definitely better output wise, but they don't last long. Mine probably lasted a year before one of them popped on the recent Trakday I attended.
I've just brought a set pf H7 6000K HID's from supperbike supply for not much more than you paid for standard globes http://www.superbikesupply.com.au/eng/shopproductlist.php?type=Automotive&subtype=HID%20Lighting

Cheers Reddog, I'll look into those when these Narvas give out.

No problem mate. I'll let you know what I think when I get around to installing them.
