Hi folks.
Returned to motorcycle ownership a couple of days ago after an eight year absence. The 1250S Bandit. Basically standard apart from a staintune pipe. Love the grunt and non stressed engine. Last bike was a Yamaha YZF 1000r Thunderace which I thoroughly enjoyed as well. Tripped over this forum while looking for Bandit info. Great site. Our location, Blackmans Bay, Southern Tasmania
Cheers to you all and may the weather gods smile on you.

Thanks guys.
Been riding for three days sofar. On two of them it finished up raining. Trying to get the feel of this bike on slippery winding backroads was probably not the best decision. Mildly paranoid. Yesterday dry roads, sun out and fellow rider on a R1200rs made up for the previous jittery efforts. Managed to contain the hoon factor, shades of the red mist, and felt 25 yo again cheers . 61 at this stage and getting younger by the minute. These bikes should be prescribed anti age medicine!

Slippery back roads are not my friends! Evil or Very Mad But we all end up on a road at some point that we'd rather not be on so good to have a little previous exper Twisted Evil ience...
