Do I remove the stainless steel straps from the ends of the carbon sleeve on the Yoshimura TRS

I'm thinking of removing S/S straps from my Yoshi. I think wound look a lot neater without then.
What do you think?

It's a shame it needs the rivets tho.
And no, my name isn't Gus

I'd actually do a gus and paint them black if you don't like the chrome look. They are there for support, you may find if you remove them the carbon fibre will crack from vibration. Then it's $500 down the drain and you'll have to revert to that old sewing machine sounding boat anchor OEM slipon
Just my 2c.

Less clutter is good by me . I like it. Why carnt i see the rivet holes ? Carbon can with silver connection strap ? Maybe spray it black to make the can look like
one piece instead of two i reackon . I like the look of the first pic with no strap
and no end strap .
