Service manual -book or CD ?
Looking at getting service manual but wondering which way to go and if book, which brand.
There's a cd on ebay under $20.
(Have the Suzuki 1 for the G's)
Thoughts?

Re: Service manual -book or CD ?
I bought the genuine book . At the tine I didn't have a laptop , and the book was easier to take out to the shed . The book was expensive , but more comprehensive than the after market ones . I suppose if you have a laptop to take out to the shed so you don't have to print off a relevant page , the cd would be fine .

Re: Service manual -book or CD ?
The GSF manual should still be available to download from various places on the web (for free).
I personally like the electronic copy as you can print out just the section you need and i doesn't matter if the printout gets soiled or lost. You can also expand the pictures to a much larger size to get a better view on certain parts.
I've got both the PDF version and a Haynes manual. Interestingly even though the later is only a fraction of the size of the PDF, it is easier to find certain things such as bolt torsion or fluid capacity.
