SSB Lithium Battery
My not a Bandit is up for a new battery before Superbikes weekend. Does anyone have any experience with SSB Lithium units? I’m happy to go OEM Yuasa because I know it will fit but would have thought they would do better than 5yrs/40,000km.
The weight savings of Lithium world be nice but not a deal clincher.
Thoughts?

I bought an ssb RTZ 14s ....................xr series AGM battery about a year ago .........no problems so far ( I use a ctek 0.8 ) the CCA on this battery is higher at 340 than the OEM as well
I paid about $80 for it

Re: SSB Lithium Battery
The battery in my bike is original and is approaching ten years........still holds over 12.5v after more than a week or two non use, and bike always starts with brief quick turn of starter.......I would like to replace it with same (eventually), but I suspect oem factory issue battery quality might be hard to find.
I've also had good success with AGMs and thats what I'll most likely use when replacing.
