Am I the only one thinking 290 kph , at redline ,is a bit much for a 1250, which is really tuned for midrange .
A speedo healer set at the max could add a lot .Esp when there is a camera involved .
I know ,i'm old and cynical , but half the boobs I see on the internet don't look real either .

Whats a "theoretical" top speed at redline in 6th gear, on a 1250?
Chuck enough money at anything,  and it should do it.
Stock factory, no way.
There's some lad's in the US, making 200hp out of the 1200's
Certainly doesn't handle like a stock one either.

I do like how it's still got noisy fairings.

With a bit of gearing it's theoretically possible (19F, 41R):

Ha ha...Alright,  we've got a bit of CSI going on here.

So,  the track seems to be in general,  a fast sweeping set up, so you'd have to gear it accordingly, to top out at the fastest point,  which it seems to do.  I think i saw 293, at 9000rpm, before hitting the brakes I assume in 6th gear. So he's done his home work on set up, if this is to be the case.
Then there's the question on what's been done to it.
He seems to catch the sports bikes on braking  which is not what you'd expect.  Power can be achieved, but weight and inertia, under heavy braking, doesn't seem to make sense. Out braking a lighter, purpose designed bike, is a bit different

He says in the text of the vid the gearing is changed and the speedo was out. Best he was doing was 260.
