Is e10 ok to use

Hi been sesrching without finding much but has anyone here ever used e10 on their bike? I know its ok for cars but bikes seem to be very different in certain aspects to maintainence and running.

According to the operator's manual, the GSF1250 is ok to run on petrol/ethanol mixtures up to 10% ethanol (page 3-2). For methanol blends, this drops to a max of 5% (not sure if Oz has any methanol blends).

What year is that from? My bikes a 93

To be safe , I would stick to plain old unleaded unless you can find an original handbook to look it up & check if it is ok to use ( I would think yes it would be fine, but I would still stick with unleaded to be safe )

Given that E10 is rated at 95 Octane it should be ok but it has a lesser energy so in theory you use more. Makes no difference in my car though.
But in an older carby bike I'd stick with the proven branded 91/95. You may find its harder to start on e10 too.

Ethanol will "clean" the wax deposit build up in your fuel system, sounds good except all the crap ends up blocking filters/injectors etc, unless it is very new/low km I wouldn't risk using Ethanol fuel in any vehicle

Ive used e10 in my daily for 3 years with no issues and ny weekender is tuned for e85. Just wasnt sure if it was used in bikes. Tank and carbies and going to be pulled and cleaned tonight so i wouldnt be worried about deposits going through the system

it will shred the O rings in your carbies and stain the fuel bowls yellow, leave deposits in  the pilot jets and the mixture screws, have done a few carby overhauls on 3 bandits all used nothing but e10 and that was the problem with them all, also does the same thing to 1250 fuel pumps, sheds the O rings in the pump which then blocks the fine mesh filter on the pressure side of the pump, so use it at your own risk, was advised by Suzuki dealer when I purchased my 1250 Bandit in 2010 to never use e10, have always used 98 or 95
