Wilsons Prom Rd
As some of us know this road is 25km of 80km/h speed limit that may or may not be exceeded sometimes
I guess we've now been warned it is patrolled by VicPol although I've never seen a cop on it.
Article was printed in yesterdays South Gippsland Newspaper.

"First day luck" maybe.
Somehow I think not. The notice should go in the Melbourne papers.

Re: Wilsons Prom Rd
Given the popularity of "the prom" over the holiday period I'm surprised it isn't heavily policed. Like all other roads in Vic, speed at your own peril!
PS: It is a worry that we bike riders (with no cruise control) have to spend so much time watching the speedo and not the road. It concerns me that I might be involved in an accident that I didn't see coming because I was glancing down at the speedo - and a momentary glance away from the road is all it takes to miss something vital to your own safety.

Yeah i agree mate, total shit isn't it. You only have to go over a bump and your speed will drift
