Good luck with the build, something that's not done to Bandits too often, so don't forget to take happy snaps.

I watched Delboy's "war-n-peace" youtube clips on building a hitch and trailer and I was surprised he didn't install a swivel coupling.  I've read a couple of post from long range Wing riders where they have said the standard ball and hitch is good enough as there is plenty of rotational movement for the bike to lean and the trailer stay flat on it's two wheels.  However these big cruisers don't get into the corners as deep as a Bandit can, and I think just at that crucial point in a tight bend you might just get an unexpected resistance to getting down as much as you had planned and it could go horribly wrong.

I'm "lucky" as my rig stays upright in corners so a normal car style ball and hitch works for me, but if I was on a two wheels I'd seriously be considering the extra expense of a swivel.

I'd go the poly block style with full 360 deg rotation if I was ever going to pull a trailer on a bike

Yeah ive got a rotational hitch on my trailer makes cornering so much easier the standard ball and hitch like a car is ok but u have to be weary when u go into a corner as like u said u end up hitting an edge and cant lean over anymore ( been there done that) not so much fun when halfway around a round about lol

Nice, looks a bit higher than mine, you must have larger wheels on your trailer (mine are 10" - same as the sidecar wheel).  I've got 450mm from ground to the top of my towball
