AMA Warehouse / Bull-It Jeans
My daughter is heading off in a couple of weeks with myself, madmax and Davo1063 for a ride around South Australia's Eyre Insulate.
She hasn't been on the back for about 6 months and realy, not that much at all since Parkes in 2015.
She is 19 now, her Kevlar cargo's were bought new in 2012 for our trip to MacKay, a couple of weeks ago I finaly convinced her to try them on, yep, a girl grows a bit between 13 and 19 so we were in search of something new for her.
AMA had Bull-It jeans on special, reduced from $199 to $99 with a more than comprehensive size chart, they arrived yesterday (4 working days after leaving Yatala, QLD), the quality seems second to none, the lining is much more comprehensive than her old ones and they have a inner mesh to keep the kevlar off your skin, unfortunately, they fitted her perfect everywhere except her thighs, too tight to bend her legs.
AMA's return policy is pretty reasonable, we pay to return them, as it was "free shipping" we pay their cost for that as well, the rest will be refunded, should get about $90 back.
On the positive, had a look on some used motorcycle gear facebook pages, nothing had bopped up in the past few weeks, today there was a pair of Drayko jeans not to fare from home, over $250 new, in very good nick, $45 and a perfect fit

I recently bought more jeans too. Same problem tight around the thighs. I wanted something loose lightweight and cool. Hard to find

Re: AMA Warehouse / Bull-It Jeans
I returned home after a week away this afternoon,
- I checked the tracking number from the return parcel, delivered at 10:58 this morning
- I checked my emails, there was a notification from PayPal to say the refund had gone into my account at 11:50 this morning
AMA were great to deal with, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

The Drayko jeans I have are only suitable for a quick blast up to the shops. They're super comfy and great to walk around in but offer little protection except for the kevlar on the hips and across my arse. Hopefully they've become more serious in the last couple of years. Still a Draggin brand though.

They have more Kevlar than the Shark ones they are replacing, nearly as much as my Resurgence which has more than any Draggins I've seen2wheelsagain wrote:Chook wrote:
