Cycle Torque Channel 74

Post  mtbeerwah on Thu 29 Oct 2015, 10:14 pm

Just watched the said show tonight, which I didn`t know was back on TV, and they reviewed a few bikes,
one being the NORTON COMMANDO 961 CAFE.

Not a bad looking bike.
Very simple in most ways, but with a bit of bling, in regards to suspension, which is Ohlins.

Parallel Twin, 2 valve, and I`m sure they said push rod. Very basic engine. 80HP...90KW

Then they said the price..............
Three versions, starting at $30 000 affraid

I think not!!!!!

They had a bit of a write up in one of the bike mags on them ............nice bike, but too bloody expensive for most people . Mind you , compared to the price of some Harleys , they seem cheap by comparison .
