In the sixties , my brother made a " sports" body for his Morris 8 out of fibreglass ( with some instruction from the guy up the road who made the Zeta at Lightburns ) He first made a plug from a bird wire base and then plaster to get the proper shape , & from that he made his mould for the car body...........If you didn't want to go to that much work , you could always try to borrow someone's vintage ( and expensive ) peddle car to use. Shocked
