taking your own bike to new zealand
im thinking of taking my 1250 to new zealand to tour for a couple of weeks.
ive looked at hiring and its about $150+ per day. adds up when you are talking 10 or so days.
has anyone done this already and how do you get on with rego and insurance etc?
cheers!

Looks cheaper to hire one ................with less hassle ...............or you could ( dare I say it ) hire a car for a lot less I would imagine .( not the same though I know )

Or leave it at one of our local Kiwi members place so the next one of us that goes over has wheels and we don't have to worry about it
